**Job Title:** Tactical Production Manager

 

Job Summary:

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and managing the tactical master production schedule, ensuring that capacity and resources are aligned with customer demands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes, improve service levels, and drive cost efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the tactical master production schedule, including production volumes, rough cut capacity analysis, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that customers have clear visibility of the current and future supply plans.

• Monitor delivery commitments and adjust the schedule as needed to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Manage supply chain KPIs, including inventory levels, costs, and lead times.

• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

• Knowledge of supply chain planning software and tools, such as SAP.

• Certification in supply chain management or operations management is a plus.
