Quality Assurance Specialist

This role is responsible for implementing comprehensive quality control systems to guarantee compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Ensuring quality in large caliber ammunition manufacturing is a complex task.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems specific to ammunition manufacturing.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of the production process to identify potential quality issues.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Identify root causes of quality issues and develop corrective actions.
  • Train and mentor quality control personnel on best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all quality control activities.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of ammunition manufacturing processes and quality control techniques.
