Job Title: Clinical Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Assistant to join our team at Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre. The successful candidate will assist our doctors and consultants in providing high-quality patient care, ensuring the delivery of medical and service excellence in accordance with our standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Service

  • Collaborate with doctors and consultants to deliver clinical care to patients, ensuring the highest standards of medical and service excellence.
  • Manage casualty cases under the supervision of consultants, providing timely and effective care to patients.
  • Assist in OPD procedures such as plastering, injections, and K wire removals, ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care.
  • Guide nursing staff in day-to-day nursing activities and patient management, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Coordinate with the OT team to ensure the availability of instruments and implants for procedures, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Prescribe and administer medication and other treatments as per the advice of consultants, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Explain procedures and discuss test results with patients and families, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Monitor patient progress and reevaluate treatments as necessary, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Coordinate with admission and billing teams to ensure smooth patient flow, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Follow infection control protocols during procedures, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Prep patients for procedures and provide post-op care, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Conduct ward rounds and coordinate with nursing and medical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the Hospital Information System, ensuring the highest standards of care.
