The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless anesthesia services.

Key Responsibilities:

Service:

  1. Collaborate with consultants to deliver high-quality anesthesia care.
  2. Participate in interdepartmental meetings to enhance patient care and hospital operations.
  3. Monitor patients' condition and progress in the operating room, referring to specialists as needed.

Growth:

  1. Support the introduction of future specialty clinics under the guidance of the Director Pain Management.

Quality:

  1. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous quality enhancement in the department.

Finance:

  1. Optimize resource utilization to achieve departmental goals.

People:

  1. Train junior staff on departmental SOPs and protocols.

Innovation & Research:

  1. Participate in clinical education, research, and academic activities.

Experience & Educational Requirements:

We require a MBBS and MD/DNB in Anesthesia, with at least 0-5 years of experience post-PG in Anesthesia.
