  • Provide comprehensive training on skin care products and devices to medical professionals.
  • Support clinical case management during patient treatments at clinics.
  • Develop and implement customer-specific account strategies to drive utilization.
  • Document and manage customer activities within our CRM system.
  • Host customer site visits at reference sites.
  • Conduct system testing on-site as required.
  • Troubleshoot product issues at customer sites and identify usability issues.
  • Communicate customer feedback to relevant functions within the company.
  • Document complaints according to QMS processes.
  • Support sales by demonstrating products to potential customers.
  • Represent the company and products at trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Install software upgrades.
  • Set up, install, and test systems/devices as required.
  • Support clinic/hospital staff to test and operate devices/equipment.
  • Troubleshoot problems for customers.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the reporting head or director.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with experience in skin care, dermatology, cosmetic medical devices, or laser devices. Immediate joiners are preferred. The CTC for this role is between 8.0 - 12.0 LPA, depending on the current CTC and experience level.
