We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Associate to join our Global Business Services team at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in monitoring and managing our global P2P operations.
Responsibilities- Closely monitor invoice processing and deviation volumes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including SCM, Finance, and KPMG, to troubleshoot deviations and resolve issues promptly.
- Generate analytics on monthly paid on time, invoice processing cycle time, and plant MIS to inform business decisions.
- Develop a working knowledge of GST and tax laws to ensure compliance.
- Review payments processed by outsourced partners, both domestically and internationally.
- Timely acceptance and monitoring of transactions applied for early payment.
- Follow up with SCM and finance teams to resolve deviations and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate with relevant team members to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Generate payment analytics on TAT and accuracy.
- Perform monthly TDS reconciliation and ensure accuracy of TDS deduction and timely payment as per statutory due date.
- Ensure all statutory payments, including GST, PF, ESI, and customs duty, are processed by KPMG and paid within statutory timelines.
- Educational qualification: CA/CWA
- Minimum work experience: 4-5 years in large/medium-sized organizations, preferably in large-scale projects/GBS/SSC
- Technical skills:
- Deep understanding of NEFT, RTGS, and RBI guidelines for domestic and forex payments
- Understanding of FEMA guidelines and implications of non-compliance
- Thorough knowledge of TDS applicable laws and rates of taxes
- Working knowledge of GST laws
- Analytical bent of mind, intuitive thinking, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written
