Medical Analysis Tools Specialist

As a Medical Analysis Tools Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of AI-driven medical analysis tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive test plans for web applications, focusing on user experience, data accuracy, and workflow validation.
  • Collaborate with engineers and domain experts to understand user workflows and identify critical testing scenarios.
  • Conduct specialized testing of AI/ML outputs, including validation of NLP results and data processing accuracy across diverse medical datasets.
  • Work directly with physicians and legal teams to gather feedback and ensure our tools meet quality standards.
  • Establish QA processes and documentation standards, contributing to testing practices as we scale.
  • Identify, document, and track defects while working collaboratively with the development team to resolve issues quickly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of manual QA experience with web applications, including test case creation, execution, and defect management.
  • Strong experience in functional testing, user acceptance testing, and exploratory testing.
  • Familiarity with web technologies and ability to test applications built with modern frameworks.
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts or strong willingness to learn.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
