Job Description:
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a lead generation professional. This role will involve identifying and qualifying SQLs from assigned or self-sourced databases.
- The successful candidate will need to understand lead qualification parameters, including company size, industry, tech stack, and decision-maker roles.
- They will also be responsible for verifying lead data using tools like LinkedIn, company websites, and directories.
- Engaging potential leads through outbound calls and assessing their interest is another key aspect of the job.
- The candidate will need to send personalized emails and WhatsApp messages as part of outreach campaigns.
- Consistently following up on warm leads and passing qualified ones to the sales team is crucial.
- Maintaining accurate lead records, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM is essential.
- Updating lead stages based on qualification progress and responses is also necessary.
- Ensuring data hygiene by eliminating duplicates, outdated, or invalid records is vital.
- Researching target industries and decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo is a key requirement.
- Staying updated with competitor movements and relevant industry trends is also required.
Requirements:
- A strong verbal and written communication skill set is essential.
- Experience with CRMs and lead generation tools is highly desirable.
- The candidate should be comfortable with cold calling and written outreach (email/WhatsApp).
- Being organized, target-oriented, and self-driven is critical.
- Ability to work with and clean large datasets for outreach is also necessary.
