Job Title: Lead Generation Executive/Specialist
Location: Noida, India
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports to: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive/Specialist to join our dynamic team in the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and generating new business opportunities to expand our client base. This role requires a strong understanding of the staffing industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to building a robust sales pipeline.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead Identification & Research:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients who require staffing and recruitment services.
- Utilize various platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, industry databases, and online research tools to find key decision-makers (e.g., HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, CEOs, Founders).
- Identify and target companies with active hiring needs and growth plans.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing:
- Generate qualified leads through multiple channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Initiate contact with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and hiring requirements.
- Nurture relationships with potential clients through regular and personalized communication to build trust and gather crucial information.
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain and update accurate records of all lead interactions, statuses, and activities in a CRM system.
- Track the progress of leads from initial contact to conversion into a meeting or sales opportunity.
- Regularly follow up with prospects to keep the sales pipeline healthy and moving forward.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategies and targets.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation performance, including metrics such as conversion rates, engagement, and pipeline value.
- Analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements to lead generation processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
