Location: Noida (Sector 94) | Onsite | Monday–Friday

Experience: 3–5 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Lead Generation Specialist with proven experience in sourcing and qualifying leads in the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in B2B lead generation within IT / SaaS / Salesforce services, with a strong ability to identify decision-makers, nurture prospects, and create opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify high-quality leads for Salesforce consulting & implementation services via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and lead gen tools.
  • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts, perform account mapping, and identify decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors, IT Heads).
  • Nurture relationships with prospects and schedule qualified meetings/demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline in CRM with accurate data on prospects, leads, and interactions.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets (leads generated, meetings scheduled, opportunities created).
  • Leverage lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Seamless, Smart leads, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Work across multiple geographies including the US, Canada, UK, France, APAC, and India (domestic).

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B Lead Generation / Inside Sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or Salesforce services.
  • Mandatory exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM services).
  • Strong communication, research, and account mapping skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding lead generation and meeting targets.
  • Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in approach.
  • Prior experience working in global markets (US, UK, APAC, Europe).
