Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in social media marketing, Google Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online campaigns to generate high-quality real estate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for maximum ROI.

Design and manage lead generation strategies through Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn marketing.

Create engaging and conversion-focused ad creatives and content.

Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.

Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize results.

Optimize landing pages and lead funnels to increase conversions.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups on generated leads.

Stay updated with industry trends and new digital marketing tools.

Requirements:

15 years of proven experience in lead generation via digital marketing.

Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and social media marketing.

Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.

Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
