Our goal is to connect decision-makers (C-level executives, VPs, Directors) with innovative solutions and help brands accelerate their sales pipeline.
We're looking for a dynamic and driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Noida and play a key role in building our high-value database and creating sales opportunities for our global clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify target companies, industries, and decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors) for our events and sponsorship campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and data mining tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Build, verify, and maintain accurate databases of prospects and companies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create lead lists for sponsorships, delegate sales, and event campaigns.
- Craft compelling outreach messages and assist in running multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp).
- Track and report daily/weekly KPIs and ensure lead quality standards.
- Stay updated on B2B SaaS, Tech, and AI trends to target the right accounts effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, data research, or inside sales preferred (Freshers with strong communication and research skills can apply).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Strong research skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for database management.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
