Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads using online platforms (LinkedIn, Google, company websites, etc.)
  • Gather and verify accurate contact information (email IDs, phone numbers, etc.)
  • Maintain and update lead records in CRM tools
  • Send introductory emails or messages to potential leads
  • Support the sales team with lead follow-ups and appointment scheduling
  • Assist in creating and maintaining lead generation reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
