Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team.

  • The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for processing, proofing and distributing content to various channels in a timely and accurate manner.
  • This includes quality checking all orders and distributions to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to manage client expectations effectively.
Key Responsibilities

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the following tasks:

  1. Distribution:
  2.   Output client copy in a timely fashion.
  3.   Ensure accurate distribution to the correct channel at specified times.
  4.   Monitor and chase return of requested translations for onward distribution.
  5.   Ensure all information uploaded is relevant and coded correctly.
  6.   Upload graphics and linked documents into Our client websites.
  7. Editorial:
  8.   Ensure accuracy, attribution and acceptability of clients copy.
  9.   Ensure regulatory headline and content accuracy of clients copy.
  10.   Assist with formatting or document conversion queries.
  11. Client Relations:
  12.   Promote a client-focused culture at all times.
  13.   Instigate initiatives and processes to build, develop and maintain excellent business relationships.
  14.   Understand clients needs and objectives.
  15.   Attend meetings and social evenings with clients where necessary.
  16.   Act as initial contact and take responsibility for all client queries and complaints.
  17.   Maintain an excellent knowledge of all Our Client products and services.
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • A high level of technical competence, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
