
Senior Content Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Content Manager to lead our content strategy, creation, and distribution efforts. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building and scaling content programs that drive brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation. You will oversee a team of content creators, manage the editorial calendar, and ensure all content aligns with the companys voice, business goals, and audience needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across digital platforms (blogs, social media, website, email, video, podcasts, whitepapers, case studies).
- Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of content writers, designers, and freelancers to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
- Editorial Calendar: Own the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets aligned with campaigns, launches, and industry events.
- Content Creation & Editing: Review, edit, and sometimes create content that is engaging, SEO-friendly, and consistent in tone and style.
- SEO & Analytics: Collaborate with SEO/marketing teams to optimize content for search engines and track performance through KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, design, and marketing teams to create compelling narratives that showcase value propositions.
- Thought Leadership: Position the company as a thought leader in the industry through high-quality, insightful content.
- Content Distribution: Ensure effective multi-channel distribution through blogs, LinkedIn, newsletters, paid campaigns, and partnerships.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on content trends, competitors, and audience preferences to continuously evolve content strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in content management, copywriting, or digital marketing
- Strong portfolio of published work across formats (blogs, thought leadership, campaigns, etc.).
- Expertise in content marketing, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Familiarity with CMS (WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow) and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of AI tools for content generation and optimization is an advantage.
