Senior Content Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Content Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day content publishing, optimization, and community engagement on our YouTube channel.
This role involves leading the operations and growth of the channel, aligning with broader content and campaign strategies. Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of the YouTube channel's operations, uploading, scheduling, and publishing video content with SEO-driven titles, tags, and descriptions, monitoring channel analytics, and providing insights to improve performance.
- Manage all aspects of the YouTube channel's operations
- Upload, schedule, and publish video content with SEO-driven titles, tags, and descriptions
- Monitor channel analytics (retention, CTR, watch time, etc.) and provide insights to improve performance
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing YouTube channels, preferably for a content-driven organization. Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and audience development is also required. Familiarity with editing tools like YouTube Studio and thumbnail creation software is an added advantage. Excellent written communication and coordination skills are essential for this role.
