About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of Solar Water Pump installations across multiple states.

This is a leadership opportunity to shape renewable energy project execution at scale, ensuring both quality impact for farmers and compliance with government programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Flow & Execution: Ensure seamless workflows – surveys, procurement, dispatch, installation, inspections, RMS integration, and claims submission – all within strict timelines.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Oversee Order Issuing Authority (OIA) portal uploads, inspections, and penalty waiver processes while ensuring 100% documentation compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a state-spanning project team with structured daily/weekly/monthly reviews, adherence to SOPs, and strong accountability frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with government officials, farmers, internal customers (Accounts, SCM, Procurement, Back Office etc.) to resolve delays, escalate issues, and ensure approvals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify bottlenecks, refine SOPs, and implement corrective/preventive measures to ensure smooth project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solar Project Execution (RMS + EPC)
  • OIA / MEDA / MSEDCL / HAREDA compliance
  • Vendor & Partner Management
  • Portal & Documentation Management
  • Field Operations Planning
Desirable Qualifications:
  • B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Power) + MBA (Operations preferred)
  • 15+ years in large-scale project management, with 5+ years in multi-state EPC/renewable installations under government schemes.
  • Preferred Sectors: Renewable Energy, Solar EPC, Infrastructure Projects, Government-Scheme Execution
Working Arrangements:
  • 10–12 days per month across project states for monitoring installations, government liaison, and partner/team performance.
  • Should be comfortable working in a 6-day working company
