Technical Service Engineer

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated professional to join our Technical Service team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the solar industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong technical background.

The role of Technical Service Engineer involves providing expert support to customers, troubleshooting inverters, and delivering training on installation and maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about renewable energy and is looking to make a meaningful contribution to the industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Inverter installation and maintenance training;
  • Answering consulting phone calls and replying to customer emails;
  • Remote or on-site inverter troubleshooting, replacement, and defect identification;
  • Collecting and reporting clear after-sales support cases data;
  • Other team work assigned by the team leader;
  • Having knowledge of String Inverter, Hybrid Inverter, and Utility Based Projects is advantageous;
  • Responsible for after sales support activity in a particular region.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics and Electrical or other related majors;
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in the solar industry;
  • Skills:
  • Self-motivator with good communication skills and fluency in English;
  • Energetic professional who may travel 50% or above per year.
