Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Renewable Energy Program Manager to oversee and optimize our insurance programs across the entire lifecycle of renewable energy projects.

This role involves managing the renewal process for various insurance policies, including Property All Risks, Business Interruption, Marine Cargo, Construction All Risks, Erection All Risks, Public Liability, Environmental Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Cyber Insurance.

The successful candidate will review and negotiate policy wordings, terms, and conditions with brokers and underwriters to ensure optimal coverage and competitive pricing, ensuring compliance with local and international insurance regulations and company policies.

A key responsibility of this role is conducting comprehensive risk assessments for new and existing renewable energy projects, identifying potential exposures such as natural catastrophes, equipment failure, technology risks, supply chain disruptions, and political risks.

Requirements
  • MBA in Finance/Insurance from a premier institute.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience with a large and reputable Renewable or Corporate, Investment Bank, Private Equity Funds, or Big 4 firm.
  • Domain experience in Power/Transmission / infrastructure industry.
  • Understanding of the technical aspects of solar, wind, and other renewable energy technologies.
