Life Skills Programs Manager

Lean Hyphen is seeking an experienced individual to oversee the successful implementation of its life skills programs at schools across India.
- Develop and implement effective program strategies, collaborating with content teams and school stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless program delivery, coordinating with teachers and academic heads.
- Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, teachers, and parents.
Responsibilities:
- Program Development:
- Work closely with content teams to ensure quality program development, from creation to implementation.
- Participate in content quality reviews and strategy planning for multiple offerings.
- Maintain timely implementation and milestones.
- Ensure smooth program delivery by taking necessary decisions and actions.
- Engage in presentations and collaboration activities with school stakeholders.
- Conduct needs assessments and feedback from schools.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for teachers and staff.
- Ensure successful program rollout at schools.
- Conduct classes and training programs as required.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers.
- Conduct training sessions on program content and pedagogy.
- Collect data on program implementation and impact.
- Prepare reports for Lean Hyphen.
