In this role, you will work closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure a smooth and impactful program implementation.
The Implementation Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful rollout and delivery of our Life Skills Programs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Program Development:
- You will work closely with our content team to ensure quality of the program.
- Participate in strategy and planning of multiple offerings for parents, teachers, and students.
- Support marketing and operations strategies and roll-outs.
- Program Implementation:
- Oversee the implementation of our Life Skills Programs across assigned schools.
- Maintain implementation timelines and milestones.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- School Collaboration:
- Presentation and collaboration activities related to acquiring new schools.
- Build strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.
- Conduct needs assessments and feedback from schoolteachers and management.
- Program Delivery:
- Ensure smooth delivery of the program at schools.
- Train teachers on program content, pedagogy, and assessment methods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education, program management, or a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of child development and learning theory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
