Lead Compliance Specialist

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Lead Compliance Specialist to spearhead the implementation of our clients' ISO compliance programs.

This key role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of customized compliance strategies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive compliance plans, aligning with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough gap assessments, internal audits, and external audit preparations to guarantee successful outcomes.
  • Create clear, concise documentation tailored to meet clients' specific needs and ensure audit-readiness.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and address compliance gaps, building sustainable systems that meet regulatory demands.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Management, IT, or similar field.
  • ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor credentials (9001, 14001, 45001).
  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in ISO and compliance management.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with ability to craft compelling reports and client communications.
  • Highly organized, detail-driven individual with exceptional project management capabilities.
