As our Chief Sales Strategist - India, Channel Expansion, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust channel sales strategy to drive revenue growth across India. You will build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners to expand our market presence. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a channel sales strategy to drive revenue growth across India.">
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.">
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing regional sales teams.">
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and operations teams.">
  • Utilizing Zoho CRM (or similar tools) to track sales performance, customer interactions, and pipeline management.">
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competition, and customer needs.">
  • Ensuring profitability by optimizing distribution networks, negotiating terms with partners, and managing costs.">
  • Driving product education and training for partners.">

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).">
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in channel sales within the building materials industry.">
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho or similar for managing sales operations.">
  • A proven track record of leading successful sales teams and achieving sales targets.">
  • Exceptional team management and leadership skills.">
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.">
