Job Description:

As a senior finance professional, you will be responsible for leading our company's financial management functions. This includes overseeing the preparation of financial statements, managing treasury operations, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

You will also be accountable for ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory requirements, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks. Additionally, you will lead internal and external audits, tax assessments, and regulatory inspections.

Your expertise in Ind AS and applicable regulatory frameworks will be essential in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with Ind AS and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Manage treasury operations, including cash flow planning, investments, and banking relationships.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Lead internal and external audits, tax assessments, and regulatory inspections.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) certification or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in finance and compliance functions of a listed entity.
  • Strong knowledge of Ind AS and applicable regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience in SAP HANA ERP system is a must.
  • Strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
