Business Finance Leadership Role

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will drive strategic growth and expansion across Asia by leveraging advanced technology and a robust supply chain to unlock new markets and opportunities.

With expertise in financial planning and analysis, you will develop and implement effective financial frameworks for new ventures, driving revenue growth while improving profitability.

Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will influence business decisions to drive growth and margin improvement, while navigating complex regulatory environments and local market nuances.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic financial plans to support business growth and expansion
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers
  • Providing financial guidance and support to senior leaders and business units
  • Managing budgets and financial resources to optimize returns and minimize risk
  • Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve profitability

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of finance experience, including significant exposure to retail/e-commerce in fashion or softline categories across Asian markets
  • Proven ability to drive businesses through inception and scaling stages, with expertise in financial planning & analysis and margin management for consumer products
  • Strong strategic finance and business partnership skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decisions to drive growth and margin improvement
  • Experience with data-driven decision making, leveraging modern tools for forecasting, scenario analysis, and decision support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships
