**Salary:** The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹1,000,000 - ₹1,500,000 (USD 12,500 - 18,750) depending on experience.

**Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our business development efforts in the agricultural sector. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing business development strategies, managing relationships with key customers, and driving sales growth.

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Manage relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders in the agricultural sector.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the agricultural sector, specifically in fertilizers or related products.
