We are seeking a talented engineer to fill the role of a Left Hand Engineer 2 in our Engineering Operations team in Chennai, India.

This is a key position that requires the candidate to contribute to project teams, troubleshoot operational issues, and provide technical solutions to operational problems.

  • Troubleshooting and repair of all but the most complex issues with minimal supervision.
  • Independent performance of maintenance activities with a high level of autonomy.
  • Leading technical outage bridges and engaging appropriate resources to drive issues to closure.
  • Advocating for Engineering Operations procedures, policies, and processes.
  • E nsuring projects and initiatives adhere to industry standards.
  • Tracking and reporting operational workflows, maintaining records of results and feedback.
  • Analyzing data and metrics, identifying problem areas, and providing actionable insights.
  • Serving as a technical resource in projects and initiatives, ensuring successful project implementation.
  • Contributing to design considerations for new products or architectural changes to existing products.
  • Performing routine maintenance tests for designated areas of engineering, ensuring all maintenance is properly validated to minimize impact.
  • Providing training and guidance to less experienced team members.

This role requires independence, judgment, and discretion in matters of significance. A strong understanding of industry standards and best practices is essential for success in this position.
