Production Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill a critical role in our technical operations.

As a senior-level support professional, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring system stability and reliability.

  • Experience with strong SQL, Unix scripting, and debugging skills is required.
  • Hands-on experience with stored procedure debugging, query writing, and Unix troubleshooting is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve complex issues.
  • Experience with job scheduling tools – Control M/Autosys – is also preferred.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in application support or related field
  • Strong understanding of SQL and Unix fundamentals
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
