Job Title:

Admissions Professional

The role of Admissions Professional involves building relationships with undergraduate colleges, representing the business at outreach events, and guiding students on their career paths.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and strengthen connections with undergraduate colleges in designated areas.
  • Represent the organization at college fairs, seminars, workshops, and outreach events.
  • Conduct information sessions and career guidance talks for undergraduate students.
  • Generate and nurture leads by promoting the organization's PGDM program.
  • Coordinate with the central admissions team to ensure smooth lead conversions.
  • Maintain a database of outreach activities, contacts, and engagement outcomes.
  • Travel within designated areas and occasionally outside for outreach events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in education sales, admissions, or student outreach.
  • Established relationships with undergraduate colleges in Hyderabad/Chennai.
  • Currently residing in Hyderabad or Chennai.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & local language).
  • Strong networking ability and willingness to travel for outreach.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Management/Marketing/Education).
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about student engagement.
