Job Title: Community Engagement Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Engagement Manager to spearhead our online community efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, growing, and managing our online presence, engaging with customers, and increasing brand awareness and loyalty through social media and live events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage with our community via online social media, telephone, and live events.
  • Respond to comments and requests in a timely manner on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of our services and their benefits.
  • Create and implement programs that connect customers and help them learn from one another.
  • Communicate value to our customers.
  • Interact with customers and create open-forum discussions, educational breakout sessions, and networking opportunities.
  • Analyze customer feedback using analytics tools to monitor social media outlets, online forums, and blogs and find out what people are saying about us and our brand.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in community engagement or a related field.
  • A proven track record of building and managing online communities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
