Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage end-to-end loan processing for India branches. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operational efficiency, risk control, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving process improvements, and delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders. As a people leader, they will focus on developing, mentoring, and managing a high-performance team, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform duties as a checker for assigned activities diligently.
  • Work closely with overseas branches to process transactions according to accuracy and quality standards.
  • Support incident resolution and reporting for overseas branches.
  • Provide suggestions for improving operational processes.
  • Customer Focus:
  • Deliver high-quality service to enhance the function's reputation and meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders.
  • Resolve customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • People Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing loan operations team.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Take initiatives to guide and train new joiners.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in managing loan operations.
  • Strong PC skills (MS Office).
  • Extensive experience in loan products, static data maintenance, and customer data management.
  • Understanding of various system applications used for lending.
  • Flexible working hours, including shifts.
  • Exposure to India-related regulatory guidelines and financial regulations.
