Job Title: Loan Officer

Our company is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our loan operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing loan portfolios, identifying key market opportunities, and driving business growth through effective team management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive disbursement targets with minimal delinquency by leveraging existing customer relationships and expanding into new markets.
  • Identify high-value joint liability groups and optimize loan disbursements to meet target customers' needs.
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team across assigned territories to drive deeper market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and assess potential client bases and product acceptability in new regions and areas for strategic expansion.
  • Maintain accurate loan records, achieve daily/weekly collections targets, and ensure timely repayment of loans.
  • Conduct regular field visits, centre meetings, and loan applications to foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor portfolio quality, track normal dues, nonstarters, delinquency, and frauds, and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Builtdistinctive client relationships internally and externally, and establish a strong brand identity with potential customers.
  • Participate in weekly/daily meetings and visit centres to stay updated on market developments and team performance.
