Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Technical Customer Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mind, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer support via email, live chat, and phone, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance at all times.
  2. Troubleshoot customer issues, document solutions, and develop a deep understanding of the Artemis platform to effectively support customers.
  3. Maintain and update internal support documentation, including knowledge base articles and procedural guides.
Deliverables
  1. Consistently achieve high customer satisfaction ratings through efficient issue resolution.
  2. Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base for internal teams and customers.
  3. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve overall customer experience.
  4. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers, promoting clear understanding and adoption.
