We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Technical Customer Support Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mind, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via email, live chat, and phone, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance at all times.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, document solutions, and develop a deep understanding of the Artemis platform to effectively support customers.
- Maintain and update internal support documentation, including knowledge base articles and procedural guides.
- Consistently achieve high customer satisfaction ratings through efficient issue resolution.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base for internal teams and customers.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve overall customer experience.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers, promoting clear understanding and adoption.
