Seamless Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Customer Journey Manager to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our digital banking practice, you will be responsible for designing and implementing seamless customer experiences across multiple touchpoints.

This role is pivotal in translating business requirements into effective solutions, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security of TJM-based applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate TJM with core banking systems, CRM platforms, and third-party APIs.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. Additionally, experience with Temenos Journey Manager, digital onboarding, KYC, and financial workflows is highly desirable.

A successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments. Certifications in TJM or related digital banking modules, as well as cloud deployment and DevOps tools, would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement digital customer journeys using Temenos Journey Manager.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, UX designers, and backend developers to translate requirements into effective solutions.
  • Develop and configure TJM components including forms, workflows, APIs, and UI logic.
  • Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of TJM-based applications.
  • Integrate TJM with core banking systems, CRM platforms, and third-party APIs.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and deployment of digital journeys.
  • Provide technical documentation and support for TJM configurations and customizations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Temenos Journey Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with digital onboarding, KYC, and financial workflows.
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Temenos certification in TJM or related digital banking modules.
  • Experience in cloud deployment (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools.
