The Customer Service Officer plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of products. This position requires close collaboration with various departments, including Field Sales, Inside Sales, Quote Specialist/Marketing, Warehouse, and Logistics.
Responsibilities include managing overall customer relationships, handling RMA (customer returns) efficiently, processing orders, and managing inventory levels to meet customer demands. Ensuring on-time delivery and resolving any issues promptly is also crucial.
Key Responsibilities:- System-related work consisting of sales order entries, maintenance, shipment release, and inventory management.
- Collaborate closely with Field Sales, Inside Sales, Quote Specialist/Marketing, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure seamless operations.
- Tertiary education with working knowledge of the electronics components industry.
- Expertise in Order Management - PO to Invoicing & AR Process, RMA Process, and Inventory management.
- Basic understanding of International Trade practices and Warehouse terms.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience from EMS/Electronics components distribution.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to prioritize work and multitask effectively.
- Advanced computer proficiency level.
- Service-oriented attitude with a proven track record of teamwork.
- High energy level with a sense of urgency.
