Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that engage and retain our growing community.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, including list management, segmentation, and automation. You will also have experience with email service providers such as Mailchimp and Mailerlite, and be able to design and execute campaigns that drive conversions and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email List Management: Develop and maintain clean, updated supporter databases, segmenting lists by interest, behavior, and engagement to ensure targeted outreach.
  • Campaign Execution: Design, build, and execute campaigns via Mailchimp, Mailerlite, or similar platforms, setting up automated journeys and sequences to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Data Analysis: Track and report campaign performance using platform dashboards, Google Analytics, and UTM parameters, translating data insights into recommendations for improved engagement.
  • Compliance and Deliverability: Ensure compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and optimize deliverability through authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), list hygiene, and sender reputation best practices.
