Job Title: Google Ads Specialist

We offer a stimulating opportunity for individuals who are passionate about driving business growth through digital marketing. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing campaigns that deliver results.

  • Your primary focus will be on setting up Google Ads accounts for new clients and developing campaigns that meet their needs.
  • You will work closely with our team to create effective ad copy, utilize negative keywords, and leverage assets (extensions) to boost campaign performance.
  • Regular optimization of campaigns is essential to improve performance, and you will be responsible for analyzing data and making informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • You should have a solid understanding of general marketing principles and at least one year of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Familiarity with lead generation campaigns is essential, as well as excellent English skills and consistent internet access.

Additional Requirements:

  • You must be proficient in using Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, ClickUp, and other listed applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Google Ads certification would be advantageous, as would experience working with local businesses or home services.
  • Knowledge of YouTube, Facebook, or TikTok Ads would also be beneficial.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours but required meetings at 9am Seattle time twice a week.
