Job Description:About the Role:
The Digital Marketing Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving exceptional experiences and successful outcomes for clients in the realm of digital marketing.
Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, this role swiftly communicates with clients, addresses and resolves their requests, and implements effective digital marketing strategies.
This position requires knowledge and experience with digital marketing best practices, trends, and principles to manage client and vendor relationships with great skill that delivers outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
- Leveraging technical expertise and knowledge to deliver outstanding results and "get the job done" for clients while utilizing digital solutions.
- Managing client and vendor relationships ensuring every client has an excellent customer experience and is satisfied with the service provided.
- Taking the lead in developing, planning, and implementing digital marketing strategies while maintaining quality control measures.
- Strategizing content calendars and executing successful content marketing campaigns to drive engagement and results for assigned client accounts.
- Upselling and cross-selling new products to existing clients educating them on expected outcomes of tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Educating clients on digital marketing products and best practices optimizing their understanding of products and performance.
- Identifying discrepancies in advanced content and tags ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in implemented SEO strategies.
- Conducting problem-solving techniques with clients to ensure exceptional customer experience fostering long-lasting working relationships.
- Engaging with customers and contractors via phone, email, & video conferencing maintaining clear communication channels.
- Managing other team members involved in similar tasks guiding them towards desired outcomes and encouraging growth of expertise and skill set.
- Utilizing strategic thinking prioritizing tasks to drive successful outcomes and exceptional results in executed digital marketing campaigns.
- Staying up-to-date on digital marketing trends and industry best practices enhancing strategies and improving services for clients.
- Demonstrating humility hunger to succeed and ability to effectively research competitors methods and identify areas for process improvement.
- Working autonomously taking ownership of diverse projects implementing streamlined processes to improve productivity.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 1-5 years work experience in a similar position preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Exceptional communication skills engaging effectively with clients and contractors via phone, email, & video conferencing.
- Strong project management skills ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of projects.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in technical digital marketing keyword analysis competitive analysis and web analytics tools.
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling new products to existing clients.
- Ability to educate clients on products expected outcomes and digital marketing best practices.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills attention to detail in advanced content including tags and meta information.
- Proven ability to research competitors identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions to services.
- Humble hungry for success and smart attitude with strong focus on customer satisfaction and understanding of clients and their needs.
- Capacity to manage diverse projects independently implementing streamlined processes.
- Aptitude for creative thinking and ability to strategize content calendars and drive successful content marketing campaigns.

- Passion for digital marketing trends and industry best practices constantly seeking growth and improvement in field.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with working autonomously and managing own time independently and effectively remote work experience is a plus.
- Must have stable internet connection and laptop or PC be able to attend virtual video conferences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English must be fluent in English although English does not have to be native language.
