Achieve Operational Excellence in Plant Engineering

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position for an experienced plant engineering professional who will lead and manage the delivery of complex engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant engineering operations, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective engineering processes and procedures to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to execute large-scale engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Maintain high-quality standards while ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing multidiscipline large engineering projects in Oil and Gas, Power Plants, Petrochemicals, Refineries, and Water Treatment Plants is essential. A strong track record of leading and managing a team of 300+ resources executing projects for large customers in North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific is required.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business administration, or a related field is necessary. Professional certifications like PMP, PE, or Six Sigma are highly desirable. Strong analytical and technical skills, along with proficiency in MS Office Suite, are also required.
