Project Executive Role

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our initiatives in collaboration with government entities and corporate clients.

About the Position:

  • Project Oversight: Plan, manage, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget parameters.
  • Tender Management: Lead the tender preparation, submission, negotiation, and follow-up process to secure new business opportunities.
  • Government Liaison: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with government officials and corporate clients.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to government protocols, regulations, and documentation standards throughout all project phases.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary interface between the company and key clients, providing timely updates and resolving concerns.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on government or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of government tendering, compliance, and documentation processes.
  • Demonstrated success in managing relationships with government officials and corporate clients.
  • Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and project tracking tools.
  • Prior experience in construction chemicals, coatings, or related industrial solutions is desirable.
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation and government procurement systems is an asset.
