Site Execution and Installation Management is a critical role requiring strong planning and execution skills. Key responsibilities include developing daily site activity plans based on MS Project and POD to ensure efficient execution.

  • Develop Site Plans: Utilize project management tools to create detailed site plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate Crane Operations: Oversee crane planning, mobilization, and heavy material movement to minimize delays.
  • WTG Installation Oversight: Ensure alignment with drawings and specifications to meet quality standards during installation activities.
  • Task Allocation and Monitoring: Assign tasks to contractors and engineers, monitor labor, tools, and equipment, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Regular Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to verify material readiness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
  • Internal Line Works and Surveys: Ensure proper execution of internal line works and survey-based layouts to meet project requirements.
  • Safety and Compliance: Coordinate contractor attendance, skill card verification, and toolbox talks to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Support customer inspections and ensure timely sign-off of milestones (WCC) to maintain customer satisfaction.

Mechanical and Technical Oversight involves providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Technical Guidance: Approve crane movement routes and ensure lift planning is in place to prevent accidents.
  • Lifting Tools and Equipment: Verify the fitness of lifting tools, jigs, and fixtures to ensure they meet safety standards.
  • Site Repair Facilities: Lead the establishment and operation of site repair facilities to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in wind project execution and be willing to work across Pan India.
