About the Organisation

We are amongst the top 10 largest renewable IPPs in India in terms of total capacity.

We develop, build, operate, and maintain projects through our in-house engineering, procurement, construction, operations & maintenance teams.

Our portfolio includes wind, solar, wind-solar hybrid and firm and dispatchable renewable energy including battery energy storage systems.

As of May 31, 2025, our total portfolio stands at approximately 10,069 MWp spread over 48 projects across four states in India.

About the Position

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing land acquisition activities for Wind projects.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide support for project development activities and collaborate with different departments for land acquisition and related tasks.
  • Identify suitable developers/aggregators for wind energy projects.
  • Ensure adherence to statutes and regulations related to land, forest, and other approvals.
  • Assess risks in land acquisition and recommend mitigation plans.
  • Lead legal due diligence (DD) and documentation with internal/external lawyers.
  • Participate in drafting, finalization, getting execution of Sale/Lease Deeds and such other agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including procurement, engineering, project management, legal, and finance.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination to meet project timelines and objectives.
  • Handle interactions with local agencies and stakeholders.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to land acquisition and usage.
  • Develop project plans and schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Obtaining approvals like AAI (Airport Authority of India) NOC, Ministry of Defence (MoD) NOC, etc.
