Job Title: Global Sales and Business Development Professional

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales and Business Development Professional to cultivate relationships with overseas organisations and clients for our products. This role will play a vital part in expanding the reach of our products to current and new international markets and ensuring consistent growth in exports sales.

This individual will be responsible for devising strategies for expanding both online and offline marketing presence, whether through in-house resources or through outsourced marketing partnerships. The key responsibilities include:

  1. Cultivating relationships with relevant overseas organisations and clients for our products.
  2. Identifying and targeting potential organisations, importers, hospitals and clients in international markets.
  3. Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with international customers.
  4. Optimizing pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  5. Providing weekly update to senior management on export sales performance, market insights, and strategies.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an International B2B sales and business development role in a pharmaceutical / healthcare / medical device company.
  • Awareness and focused experience on Global Healthcare tenders (NGOs & MOH requirements) / Named Patient Supplies for Unregistered products / 'Special Permit Imports' in developing markets would be highly preferred.
  • Prior experience of working on marketing material preparation and participation in Global Healthcare Exhibitions would be preferred.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding export sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactiveness in understanding client requirements and strong commitment to provide exceptional client service.

Required Qualifications:

• At least Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Business, Business Management (Sales & Marketing), Digital Marketing, Pharmaceutical / Hospital Management)
