We are expanding into Nasik and seeking a driven professional to build our presence, grow client relationships, and establish a strong local team. This role focuses on relationship-driven business development — understanding client needs, adding value, and creating partnerships that last.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop our network in Nasik by engaging with architects, designers, builders, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and professional networking.
  • Represent the company in meetings, showroom visits, and industry events.
  • Guide clients in product selection, pricing, and timelines with clarity and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution, dispatch, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and opportunities.
  • Help us grow our team in Nasik
  • Travel within the region to meet clients, visit sites, and strengthen relationships.

Requirements

  • 0-5+ years' experience in business development, client management, or a related role (experience in construction, interiors, or building materials preferred).
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a new market.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
