About the Role

As a Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand campaigns that drive growth and market leadership. You will own the brand architecture, messaging, and positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Develop national and regional brand strategies to drive admissions and market leadership.
  • Partner with digital and performance teams to ensure brand + growth integration.
  • Create insight-led brand narratives (social, web, video, influencer, offline) that build strong parent trust.
  • Manage and optimize brand presence on digital review platforms and aggregators.
  • Conceptualize and execute on-ground activations, events, and partnerships with parenting communities.
  • Conduct brand audits and maintain a high standard of brand representation.
You'll Thrive in This Role If:
  • You have 5-8 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably with multi-location consumer brands.
  • You can translate brand campaigns into measurable growth metrics (leads & admissions).
  • You have a strong understanding of omnichannel brand building, digital + offline.
  • You possess excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup.
  • You are passionate about education, parenting, and purpose-driven brands.
