Marketing Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Leader to execute our marketing strategy, manage our digital presence, and drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy & Campaigns: Develop comprehensive brand marketing strategies, ideate, manage, and launch campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Digital & Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms, create content, schedule posts, and engage with the community.
  • Content & Creative Oversight: Collaborate with external agencies, approve designs, content, and paid media creatives to ensure brand consistency.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct daily analysis using data from analytics platforms, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare performance reports.
  • Paid Media & SEO: Allocate paid media budgets, collaborate on keyword research, and approve SEO blog posts.
  • Website Management: Update product content on websites to ensure accuracy and engagement.
  • In-Store Marketing: Create in-store content and marketing materials to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing or a similar role.
  2. Proven experience managing social media accounts and paid media campaigns.
  3. Strong understanding of brand management principles and digital marketing trends.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS include experience with SEO best practices and keyword research, proficiency with analytics tools, and experience in B2C or retail environments.
