Brand Manager Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Brand Manager to lead and execute brand communications, digital marketing initiatives, partner events, and campaign activations. The role blends strategic planning with executional oversight to ensure the brand remains premium, consistent, and impactful across B2B and digital touchpoints.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage external partnerships for timely, high-quality delivery of creative, digital, and media services.
  • Plan and oversee digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising initiatives to maximize brand visibility.
  • Guide website structure and content development to ensure brand alignment and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize innovative campaigns and content formats that drive engagement.
  • Establish approval workflows and manage project timelines to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Drive event branding for corporate events, CSR initiatives, and strategic partnerships to amplify brand presence.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all touchpoints — digital, print, and in-person events.

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand/marketing management (preferably in B2B or industrial sectors).
  • Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and digital marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with website planning, wireframing, and user experience design.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, marketing collateral production, and event branding.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills to drive team collaboration and success.
  • Strong design sensibility and attention to detail to maintain brand consistency.
  • Bonus points for experience in renewable energy or technology sectors.
