Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile and results-oriented Marketing and Branding Executive to drive growth for both our agency and our diverse portfolio of clients. In this dynamic role, you will develop and execute bespoke marketing strategies, switching seamlessly between building the Splitmoon Studios brand and delivering exceptional results for our client accounts. You will be a key player in our marketing services division, leveraging the latest AI and CRM tools to manage multiple projects, optimize campaigns, and build strong client relationships. This is a hands-on role for a skilled, multitasking marketer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

1.     Multi-Account Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies for both Splitmoon Studios and its clients, ensuring goals are met for each unique account.
  • Act as a brand guardian, maintaining consistency and adhering to the distinct brand guidelines for multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for marketing clients, leading strategy discussions, managing expectations, and delivering regular performance reports and insights.

2.     Content & SEO Execution

  • Develop and manage distinct content calendars and strategies tailored to the unique voice and objectives of each brand (internal and client).
  • Create, edit, and optimize compelling content, including SEO-compliant articles, social media updates, and ad copy, leveraging AI tools for enhanced efficiency and creativity across accounts.

3.     Performance Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Develop, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of accounts across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Manage campaign budgets and track performance metrics (CPA, ROAS) for multiple clients, providing clear analysis and recommendations.
  • Track and manage the lead lifecycle within various CRM systems, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting for each account.

4.     Digital Presence & Client Collaboration

  • Manage the day-to-day social media presence and community engagement for multiple brands.
  • Collaborate with internal design and development teams to produce high-quality creative assets and landing pages that meet both internal and client project requirements.

5.     Event Management & Partnerships

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, webinars, and conference sponsorships to build brand presence and generate leads for both the agency and its clients.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing campaigns for multiple brands or clients simultaneously.
  • Proven, hands-on experience with paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing events (both digital and physical), webinars, or sponsorships.
  • Strong client communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with modern marketing technology, including CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and AI tools for content creation and analytics.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • A solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, digital marketing funnels, and A/B testing principles.
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is a strong advantage.
