Production Manager - Event Planning

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee the planning and execution of corporate and large-scale events.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive production-related documents, including design notes, element sheets, cost sheets, site visit records, floor plans, production schedules, call lists, transportation schedules, and other essential materials.

Ensure quality control of external resources - manpower, event-specific collaterals, event production, etc, and internal resources.

Oversee onsite setup, construction, and event teardown, managing venue logistics, vendors, and production staff.

Develop detailed event plans and timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.

Maintain accuracy in documentation, costing sheet, and submit event-wise budget worksheet pre & post-event.

Coordinate with the finance team concerning invoicing and vendors' billings closure.

Requirements

Post Graduation/Graduation

Skills Required:
