Job Description:

Talent Management and Organization Lead

  • This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our organization by driving talent management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • You will partner with global business units to design and execute HR strategies, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
  • As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in identifying and developing top talent, driving business results through strategic people planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-design and implement globally aligned talent management strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead organization design initiatives to enhance agility and effectiveness, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Develop and execute change management programs to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record of driving business results through people initiatives.
  • Strategic thinking, coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills, to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in data-driven decision making, with a strong bias for action and a growth mindset.
